Peak season aligns with the highest volume of medical visits — after-holiday procedures (January–March) and end-of-year insurance benefit usage (October–November). If you have flexibility on timing, our value season offers meaningful savings.

When you book through Airbnb or VRBO, both you and we pay service fees — typically 14–20% combined. When you book directly with us, nobody pays those fees. We pass the savings to you as a 15% discount off the OTA price.
